CIPCA is excited to announce our upcoming training on personal safety and situational awareness for pretreatment inspectors.This is intended to go beyond the usual training on wearing your safety shoes and glasses, watch for traffic while sampling, etc. How to deal with angry customers, what things do you need to be aware of to keep yourself safe, how do you get yourself out of situations that have taken a turn for the worse?
Our training is scheduled for July 22nd from 1 -3 pm. Please bring your questions and experiences so we can all learn from each other.
