Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace company that is engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. Their satellite production facility located at the Waterton Canyon Campus in Littleton, Colorado currently serves as one of the largest satellite manufacturing centers in the world. During the tour, CIPCA members will get to see how they are regulated under both a pretreatment permit from South Platte Water Renewal Partners and a direct discharge permit from the CDPHE. We’ll also be gaining insight into Lockheed Martin’s complex wastewater treatment process for multiple waste streams!
